1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication data.
• Uploaded videos & output: the videos you upload and the dubbed videos we generate. These typically contain images of faces and recordings of voices, which may be considered biometric or otherwise sensitive personal data of the people depicted.
• Usage & job data: job status, durations, language, cost/quote metadata, and basic logs.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we receive limited transaction metadata, not full card numbers.

3. How we use it

• To provide the Service — translate, dub, store, and deliver your videos;
• To operate accounts, billing, balances, and support;
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: performance of our contract with you; your consent (including, where required, explicit consent for processing biometric/sensitive data of depicted persons — which you confirm you have obtained from them); and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.

5. Who we share it with (sub-processors)

To provide the Service, your content and/or data are processed by:

• HeyGen (United States) — AI translation & lip-sync of your video.
• Google — Gemini API (United States) — language/translation assistance.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and encrypted storage of your videos.
• Google Cloud / Firebase — application hosting and our processing worker.
• Our payment provider — billing and tax handling.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

We operate from Israel and use providers in the United States and elsewhere, so your data is transferred internationally. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep uploaded and generated videos only as long as needed to provide the Service and then delete them on a rolling basis, or sooner on request. Account and billing records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes. [Confirm exact retention periods.]

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and private storage. No system is perfectly secure; please do not upload content you are not authorized to process.

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
